1. Appointment and Service

2. Pricing and Payment

2.2. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1. Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

4. Warranty and Liability
4.1. We warrant our repair services against defects in workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the date of service completion.
4.2. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or services provided by us.
4.3. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, except as provided by applicable law.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and its issues.
5.2. Customers must disclose any pre-existing conditions or modifications to their vehicle that may affect the repair process.
5.3. Customers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings left in the vehicle during the repair process.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. We respect customer privacy and are committed to protecting personal information collected during the provision of our services.
6.2. Customer information will only be used for the purpose of providing and improving our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
